Carlos Moreno is a dynamic education leader dedicated to creating high-quality, innovative schools that address systemic equity issues. As co-executive director of Big Picture Learning, he has helped develop over 200 schools worldwide. He also co-founded the Deep Learning Equity Fellowship and the Ashé Leaders Fellowship, empowering educators to drive sustainable change.

A passionate storyteller, Carlos created the Leadership Journeys initiative, featuring influential voices in education, and authored the ASCD best-seller Finding Your Leadership Soul.
