Arthur Rosenberg

Art began his career with PepsiCo in 1984, after spending 2 years at Procter & Gamble.  Art moved quickly through Sales and Bottler Management roles, including National Account Sales Manager for Foodservice, Business Development Manager and Sales Operations.

Art’s early Headquarters roles included Senior Marketing Manager for Packaging Innovation, Director, Vending Strategy, and Director, Packaging Innovation and Strategy.

In 2003 Art assumed the role of Senior Director, Foodservice Strategy and Brand Development responsible for the $2.3B Division’s business and go-to-market strategy.

In 2012 Art assumed the newly created role of VP Industry and Customer Development.  In that role Art was responsible for taking the lead on managing all relationships with a host of trade associations.

Also, Art assumed several Board positions on behalf of PepsiCo, including the Food Marketing Institute Foundation, the Grocery Manufacturers Foundation, and the National Grocers Association.  Outside of those industry board roles, Art also served on the Board of the Westchester/Fairfield County Chapter of the JDRF and served as a Special Advisor to the Board of StandUp for Kids, a non-profit focused on youth homelessness.

After 36 years at PepsiCo, Art retired from PepsiCo to pursue personal passions.  Since retiring, Art has focused on giving back, in particular with underserved youth and other non-profits.  In 2022 Art was named to the Board of Directors at Junior Achievement of South Florida, where he also volunteers for multiple programs, including their program teaching students entrepreneurial skills.  Art also volunteers at FAU in the school’s mentorship program.  Art is a volunteer consultant for Executive Service Corps of Florida, which focuses on providing other non-profits with strategic consulting services.  Finally, Art is quite involved with Sylvester Cancer Center through The Pap Corps.

He and his wife of 39 years, Hope, enjoy spending time with their three grown children and three grandchildren.
