Jannatul Begum, STEM Program Specialist

Jannatul is a PTC alum and graduate of Lake Worth Community High School who pursued her degree at the Wilkes Honors College at FAU. She now holds her Master’s Degree in Neuroscience. Jannatul interned with the Duboue Laboratory to study genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying stress and anxiety disorders while also participating in a STEM outreach program to mentor high school students from Title I schools. She hopes to begin her own mentoring program and attend medical school in the near future.
