Jasey was born and raised in New Jersey, a first-generation college graduate from Montclair State University. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and a Master’s degree in Counseling in Higher Education. She had the opportunity to work at her alma mater for several years holding various positions including Academic Advisor, Coordinator for Orientation Programs, Assistant Director for Leadership Development, and in her last role as Assistant Director for First-Generation Initiatives she was offered the chance to build the foundations of the program before moving to Florida to be closer to her family. Jasey also holds a Master’s Certification in Data Management, as well as a certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TELF). Prior to coming to Path to College she spent several months teaching English abroad.
Jasey has a passion for helping people seek opportunities for a better future. She loves mentoring students, and sharing their goals and aspirations. She is excited to bring her professional skills in higher education and counseling to Path to College! During her free time she is an avid reader of fiction books, loves hiking, paddle boarding and being in the ocean, and travels every chance she gets.
