McKenzie Marsch, Operations Manager, is an emotionally intelligent leader dedicated to identifying innovative growth strategies that increase the impact of youth programming. With her entire professional career in the non-profit sector, McKenzie brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational development and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to advancing the mission of youth-serving organizations through strategic management and community engagement.

Prior to joining Path to College, McKenzie served pivotal roles at two renowned organizations. At Pace Center for Girls Palm Beach, she led key development initiatives, driving significant growth in both funding and community awareness. Her work was instrumental in expanding the center's community presence, thereby enhancing gender-responsive and trauma-informed programming and services for young girls in Palm Beach County. 

At the YMCA of the Palm Beaches, McKenzie excelled in engagement efforts, fostering and strengthening community and donor partnerships. She was involved in the initial stages of the center's model partnership with Palm Beach State College and multi-million dollar capital campaign. Her intentional approach to stakeholder engagement contributed to the growth of the Y's youth and community services. 

With a robust background in operational excellence and a passion for educational equity, McKenzie is dedicated to ensuring that Path to College achieves its long-term goals and maximizes its impact on Palm Beach County's most overlooked students.

McKenzie received her Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Multimedia Studies, with minors in English and Criminal Justice, from Florida Atlantic University. She was a graduate of Herizon's Young Leaders Society Class of 2022 and a long-standing committee member of the Birth to 22 Girl's Coordinating Council of Palm Beach County. 

A South Florida native, McKenzie is an avid animal lover who enjoys reading and spending time by the water.
